Ideal for the “safe” distribution of sensitive documents (read: invoices, reminders, appointments, contracts, transaction overviews and patient files).
As a recipient, the SwitchMail Cloud Service can provide authentication via a Secure Webmail environment with or without strong authentication from ID Control, with which the email can be read and answered securely and registered. In addition, SwitchMail also prevents the most common data leaks with the built-in “Data Leakage Prevention” module. The organization determines at content, file and email address level whether email with certain content and recipient is allowed to leave the organization.
